This jacket comes from one of Undercover’s earliest collections, Spring Summer 2000. With this garment, Jun Takahashi reinterpreted a traditional Chinese mandarin jacket through a modern lens. Maintaining its general character but featuring modern touches like reflective velcro fastenings, mesh lining, a honeycomb ripstop shell, elbow pads, velcro to secure the pockets and velcro straps at the back to adjust the fit. Its relaxed but structured silhouette make for a very wearable and practical garment.
This collection also featured collabs with well known graf artists like KAWS, Futura, and Stash.
